Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. Options to pay by instalments are available for each of my courses. There is a small additional charge for this facility.

Can I be hypnotised?

This is the topic of much debate, even amongst us Hypnotherapists. We will talk about this more in our sessions but I can assure you that there are many techniques we will use, both with ‘eyes open’ and ‘eyes closed’ that will help you to achieve the changes you are looking for.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration.

While feeling relaxed, and more open to suggestions, we use the power of language, and all your senses, to remove an unhelpful mindset, fear or habit.

Using Hypnosis I have helped people of all ages overcome:

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a fascinating approach that brings together psychology, language, and how our brains work. It’s like peeking behind the curtain of our minds to understand why we think, feel, and act the way we do. With NLP, you can learn (as I have) how to change these patterns to lead a more fulfilling life.

Q: How does NLP actually work?

A: Good question! Imagine you have a toolkit for understanding your thoughts and behaviour. NLP provides techniques to examine and tweak these mental tools. For example, you can learn to change the way you think about something that scares you, or how you respond to challenges. It’s all about understanding the connections between our thoughts, words, and actions, and using that knowledge to make positive changes.

Q: What can I use NLP for?

A: NLP has SO many uses really! If you’re looking to improve yourself – maybe boost your confidence, become a better communicator, or even conquer a fear – NLP can help. It’s also used in therapy and coaching to help people overcome challenges or change unwanted habits. So, whether it’s for personal growth or better relationships, NLP offers practical tools to make these changes happen.

Q: Is NLP backed by science?

A: The science part is interesting. While NLP might not fit into the traditional scientific mould entirely, it’s been influential in fields like psychology and business. Some techniques draw from established psychological ideas. But what’s really convincing are the real-life stories from 100s of clients I have worked with who have found NLP techniques helpful. The practical results often speak louder than the scientific debates.

What are the sessions like?

You can expect to feel at ease during our sessions. We will have already spoken over the phone or on a video call, so we will have started to get to know each other. We will talk and use a combination of techniques that  may involve moving around the room or even lying down. It will bery much depend on your needs on the day and what is comfortable to you.

What is Transformational Change Coaching and what are the benefits?

I will essentially take you from where you are now to who and how you want to be.

You will learn techniques that will improve your awarenss, emotional intelligence and resilience.

We use the magic of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),  Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy to uncover limiting beliefs, re-pattern unhelpful thoughts, negative emotions and unhealthy habits, so you can redefine the direction of your life, and seize the opportunity to step into your best self.

Are single sessions available?

While a lot can be achieved in a single sessions, in my experience more effective change is achieved with a minmum of 3 sessions. My recommendation is usually a 6 sessions Transformational change programme. 

What is Mindset and Behaviour Change Coaching?

It does what it says on the tin – using the disciplines I am trained in, I will help you change your mindset and your behaviours (also known as habits).

Think of it like this: sometimes we get stuck. You may have tried everything to make changes but sometimes we just can’t do it alone.

A coach will help you let go of limiting beliefs, gain perspective, self-awareness, and build self-esteem, enabling you to create useful strategies in your personal and professional life.

Using a range of techniques including NLP, Time Line Therapy™, and Hypnotherapy, I have helped people of all ages:
