Join me and some other amazing people who want to learn techniques and strategies that will help calm their mind and body while building resilience to stress.


This online mini-course comprises of 3 weekly, 90-minute sessions with a maximum group size of 10 (please contact me to work 0ne-to-one and in-person).


I will help you relax your mind and body and stop the overwhelm. You will release all those fears, stresses, and worries that are weighing you down.



We interrupt anxiety by treating it as a habit…a pattern that has formed between your mind and your body.

We resolve the conflict between the part that has been worrying and the part that wants to take back control.

We get them to work together and feel in control in those situations where you have been anxious and panicking.

This will leave you feeling empowered, in control and thinking more clearly.



You step into your best self with confidence having relaxed, rebooted and are now feeling more able to step into a calm, confident and relaxed version of your self.


What you can expect

To be heard: during our 3 x 90-minute online sessions we will talk, and I will listen.

For change to happen sooner than you would have expected.

You will respond in new ways to

  • stressors in life
  • dynamics in your relationships will change
  • you will sleep better
  • think more clearly
  • you will be less likely to overspend, overeat or try other things that you hope will make you feel better
  • You will feel more confident
  • And people will notice the difference in you


You will learn mindset and body energy techniques from my toolkit that will help you feel in control and will change your experience of anxiety and stress.


During the last part of each session we use hypnosis to put the critical voice to sleep and open your mind to new possibilities, new ways of being so that part of you that has been worrying relaxes and accepts the new calm, confident and strong version of you.


In between sessions you will be asked to record observations of your self and listen to pre-recorded guided meditations that will support the changes you are creating.
