Are you tired of seeing articles that promise to solve your stress and overthinking problems with a list of “15 ways to calm your mind” or “10 tips to reduce your anxiety?” As a Licensed Master NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, for me, there is ONE key ingredient to a calm, confident, and successful life. I’m not going to pretend change is easy, in my experience it requires consistency, support, and most importantly, being open and willing to change your mindset and change your life.

Working with a Coach, you can learn to reprogram your mind and unlock your full potential. These techniques can help you overcome limiting beliefs, negative thinking patterns, and self-doubt. You can do this on your own but it really helps to work with a Coach who will help you see what you can’t see now and help you feel empowered to make new choices and changes your self. It’s only when you look back to how your life used to be that you will really notice the difference.
But the one essential ingredient that you need to cultivate to achieve a successful life is self-compassion. Self-compassion means treating yourself with kindness, understanding, and forgiveness. It means acknowledging your imperfections and treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would show a friend.
Do this for yourself
– Begin with an A4 piece of paper and write three headings: Love, Like, and Admire.
– Underneath each heading write down the first things that come to mind that you love, like, and admire about yourself.
(And be curious about the toe-curling and squirming!🤪).
– Next, carry this piece of paper everywhere with you (some people save it in a notes app on their phone).
– Now I want you to “be a witness to your own experience”. Observe yourself as a friend would see you and NOTICE 👀

Achieving a successful life is not about “15 ways to calm your mind” or “10 tips to reduce your anxiety,”. It’s about cultivating calm, confidence, and relaxation, and practicing self-compassion.
With these ingredients, you can be Unstoppable and unleash your true potential.
