You may have heard about asking the “Universe” to help you attract your soulmate, and for some people this may have worked. But what if you could use your head to attract your deepest desires?
The RAS (Reticular Activating System) is a part of the brain that plays a key role in regulating our attention and awareness. It acts as a sort of filter, allowing certain information to pass through and reach our consciousness, while blocking out other information that is deemed unimportant or irrelevant. This is why, when we are focused on a specific task or goal (like finding our ideal partner), we can tune out distractions and stay focused on what we’re doing.
One way to use the RAS to attract our soulmate is to focus our attention and intention on the kind of person you would like to share your life with. What are their values, their love language, how they look, everything about them that would make them your perfect soulmate. By regularly thinking about and visualising what we want to attract, we can train our RAS to filter out distractions and focus on the things that will help us find the right person.
If your goal is to attract more love and happiness into your life, focus your attention on thoughts and images of love and happiness. You can visualise yourselves in a happy, loving relationship, surrounded by people who care about you and make you feel good. You can also focus on the things that bring you joy and happiness, and make an effort to incorporate more of these things into your daily life.
Another way to use the RAS to attract your soulmate is to focus on the things that are blocking you from achieving your goal. Often, our own limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and old patterns of behaviour can prevent us from attracting the things we want in our life. By becoming aware of these blocks and working to overcome them, you can clear the way for your soul mate to enter into your life.
For example, if you find yourself feeling unworthy of love or happiness, you can challenge these beliefs and replace them with more positive and empowering ones. You can remind yourself of your worth and value, and focus on the things you have to offer. By doing this, you can train your RAS to filter out the negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back, and focus on the things that will help you attract your soulmate.
In conclusion, the RAS is a powerful tool that we can use to attract our soulmate. By focusing our attention and intention on what we want to attract, and by working to overcome the blocks that are holding us back, we can train our RAS to filter out distractions and focus on the things that will help us achieve our goals. With practice and persistence, we can use the RAS to attract the things we want in our lives and live our lives to the fullest.
